FAQ & Booking Policies

To ensure the smoothest process for both parties, please review my official booking policies below before submitting an inquiry.

1. Retainers and Payments

A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee, along with a signed contract, is required to secure your wedding date. No date will be held without both. The remaining balance is due prior to the day of the event.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The retainer is entirely non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If the client cancels within 30 days of the event, the final balance is still legally required to be paid in full.

3. Travel & Accommodation

Travel fees apply for locations outside of the Vancouver limit based on mileage. Any parking fees (valet, hotel parking) incurred on the day of the event will be directed to the final invoice.

4. Client Health & Allergies

It is the client's responsibility to report any skin conditions, allergies, or prior negative reactions to specific cosmetic brands before the application. The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions to products if no prior warning is given.
